MY APPROACH

I am passionate about empowering people to give up dieting, to stop focusing on the scales and to find the balance in reaching their healthiest self. I don’t dwell on counting calories, or create lists of restrictions. Healthy eating is more than just numbers, it is about enjoyment and nourishment, without the guilt! Once your focus shifts from weight to health and your living your healthiest lifestyle your body will naturally follow.

Over the years I found my approach to weight loss coaching has changed and rather than being solely focused on the short term restrictive strategies of weight loss, I knew I wanted to have a more holistic health focused approach. Witnessing so many people struggle with the “diet” culture was what led to Vitality Lifestyle Health & Nutrition Coaching.

My passion and enthusiasm to make a difference is reflected through my commitment to ongoing professional development with Cadence Health & Precision Nutrition where I completed my Advanced Certificate of Nutrition & Health Coaching and PN1 certification. I am currently studying an Advanced Diploma of Integrative Nutritional Therapeutics.
